Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in its original condition,
  • the product must be returned in its original packaging,
  • proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or product safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, customers may be asked to provide:

  • clear photos of the item,
  • packaging photos,
  • order number details.

Once verified, we will work to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider or bank processing times.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not qualify for return:

  • used products,
  • damaged items caused by misuse,
  • items returned without original packaging,
  • final sale or clearance products.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
